Our services
Six kinds of care, each explained by your chiropractor after an exam, with the known risks and what it costs.
30–45 minSpinal adjustment
Your chiropractor moves a joint of the spine with a quick, controlled push. They explain each step and the known risks first, and you can stop at any time.

How It Works
What a follow-up visit looks like
Shorter than the first visit, and still your call at every step.

Check in
Your doctor asks how you have been and what has changed since your last visit.
A quick look
A short exam of the area you came in for.
Care, if you agree
Hands-on care or new exercises. You can say no to any part.
Review your plan
Your doctor goes over the plan with you and changes it if it no longer fits.
Not sure which service fits?
Book a first visit. Your doctor will talk through your options after the exam.
