How fees work
Plain answers on paying for care, before you book.
Insurance we work with
We bill many PPO plans and some employer plans. What a plan pays for chiropractic care differs from plan to plan, so we check yours first.

Ask us about yours
If you pay yourself
If you pay yourself, your doctor tells you what each part of the visit costs before it happens, and you pay at the visit. The front desk can give you the practice's fee list.
Receipts for reimbursement
After a visit we can give you an itemized receipt. If your plan covers out-of-network care you can send it in, and your plan decides what it pays.
An estimate in advance
If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. We give you a written estimate in advance, before your first visit, and answer your questions about it.
Checking your benefits
The front desk checks your benefits before your first visit and calls you with what they find, including any copay or deductible. You can also ask your plan about chiropractic visits.
To change or cancel a visit, call us as early as you can. Ask the front desk about the practice's cancellation policy.
A question about your plan?
Call the front desk before you book. We will check your benefits and tell you what we find.
