This site collects what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, how you would like us to reach you, a preferred time and your message. Please don't put medical details in the message. Your health history is taken in person, at your visit.

We use it to reply to you and to find a time for a visit. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it.

Who sees it

Our front desk and your chiropractor. We share information with another provider or your plan only when you ask us to or the law allows it, and we tell you when we do.

Tracking

This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics tools, session recording or an embedded scheduling tool. Booking happens by phone or through the contact form.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Call us or write to the address below.
