Your first hour at Truss

Plan on 45 to 60 minutes. You and your chiropractor talk, you have an exam, and you hear what was found and what your options are. Care begins that day only if you agree to it.

  • Wear clothes you can move in

You stay dressed for the exam. Your doctor tells you before asking you to change anything.

  • Bring a photo ID

And your insurance card, if you have one.

  • Bring your questions

Risks, cost and options are part of the visit.

  • You decide

You can say no to any part of care, or stop, at any time.

From the front desk to your plan

  • Before you come

The front desk checks your benefits and, if you pay yourself, sends a written estimate.

  • At the front desk

A short form for your contact details and your consent to care. Your health history is taken in the exam room.

  • In the exam room

Your chiropractor asks about your history and goals, then examines how you stand and move.

  • Your options

What was found, what we can offer, what we do not do, the known risks and the cost of each.

  • Care, if you agree

Treatment starts the same day only with your say-so. Your doctor explains each step as it happens.

  • Before you leave

A plan for follow-up visits and exercises to try at home, and a receipt if you want one.
